Welcome aboard   , I am Zaini, a thal minor like you ,and yes i know that we thal minors are usually tired most of the time, i'll give you a piece of advice that has helped me a lot,start taking folic acid daily and regularly,it'll make you feel much better,and try drinking fluids more and more, so keeping yourself well hydrated.

my next post was my complete blood test result.I would like to know the ideas about my results.

I am living with thal for about 20 years. since when I found that I am minor . I accept it but I didnt take folic acide fo about 4 years ( since 23 until now ) . but nowadays , I feel so tired because of my hard work. finaly I accepted that I SHOULD  take folic !
nowadays I work about 12 hours a day I feel the TIRE made my efficiency lower .
