I have ingradiant for Elnutin-D as follows:
For standard dilution cow milk (100 ml):

Vitamin A 251 IU
Vitamin D 35 IU
Vitamin E 35 IU
Vitamin K 2.5 IU
Vitamin C 7 mg
Thiamine 650 mcg
Riboflavine 350 mcg
Niacinamide 2 mg
Pyridoxine 0.5 mg
Folic Acid 0.1585 mg
Pantothenic Acid 100 mcg
Cyanocobalamin 0.15 mcg
Biotin 10 mcg
Minerals
Calcium 170 mg
Phosphorous 110 mg
Magnesium 25 mg
Manganese 0.2 mcg
Iron 1.2 mg
Iodine 5 mcg
Copper 50 mcg
Zinc 5 mg
Potassium 210 mg
Chloride 35 mg

Will very much appreciate to get advice on consumption for Thal.

HI Mishra,
I ran into this post tonight and realized it hadn't been answered.
This supplement looks very good except for the iron content. If it can be found without the iron, it would be recommended. Although 1.2 mg is not a high dose, it is iron that a thal shouldn't be adding to the body.
