Sorry to bump this old topic, but as a newly diagnosed thal minor, I am interested in that too... Which vitamins seem to have the most impact and benefits on energy levels and stamina. How much time did it take for the vitamins to show a noticeable effect? Did supplementation increase/improve any of your bloodwork or your evaluation is purely subjective on mood/energy? Thanks all!

I notice a lot of difference in both of my children when I give them supplements. increase in energy, healthier skin and hair and enhanced mood.
I give my son (thal major) - bcomplex, IP6, L-carnitine, vitamine e, calcium/magnesium/zinc, vitamin D
I definitely see many positive changes

Thanks for replying Sharmin,
Glad that your kids are doing well. Is the other one thal minor? Are the effects less noticeable with him? Any improvement in the blood work?
