Im on exjade and have been using it for over a year now,i mix mine with orange juice and only dilute it with about 50mls of juice,it does however i find take about a good hour to dissolve,you give it a quick stir then christian should drink it.my iron level has gone down and it is working for me.
In the beginning i did have a few minor side effects which lasted for about 3 weeks then went.
After christian drinks the exjade you should then wait at least half an hour after to eat something.
