Thanx for the advice buddy ,.. yeah, i m really a lover of all these drinks ( TEa, Coffee  & Green Tea  :coffee :laughspit :coffee ) , i love to drink these drinks and i drunk ( not that one form of drunk eg drunk fine $100 :teehee )  almost 3-4 cups of tea a day ... coffee , ocassionally just for style, you kow :grin  .... thanx for seprating time to reply and encourage me ... i hope and pray that ABDUL-WAHAB  is doing fine and not flirting to nurses at Dr.Lucarali's Hospital ( as you mentioned once ) .. keep an eye on him  hahahaha just kidding :teehee :happydance   :rotfl :rotfl ...

Than you for the wishes and encouragement . its bcoze of your support and encouragment that i m here on this stage and the advice and then follow uup to make sure that i have started IV or not a bigl thanx to you all .... By the grace of ALLAH (GOD) that IV sessions worked alot for me and covered lots of iron ....
Zaini who is that member ??? ... may i know ?? ... i mean is he Jatin you're talking abt ??.. or anyone else ?? ..asking this just to know ... Thanx Alot Maha Sis for a super wish that i m desiring for to happen ( 130ng S.Fe ) .... hoping, praying and wishing the better health and succesful life for your kidZ  as well ( alot better Health & Succssive life than mine ) ....

yeah, you're right , i will need Iron pils really soon ( INSHA-ALLAH ) So please speed-up the search you've only a month left to search iron please ( i hope and wish ) .. otherwise i wil have to get an extra Tx to keep safe my-self  from Iron Defiency :teehee ...  :rotfl

Thanx alot for alerting earlier, and to advice to have an eye on iron pillz for any new sitaution ...  Keep praying for me ... n you people are always in my prayerz ./...

After That :

Hi ALL ,
here's my Treatment Plan Update's ..
As you people know that my S.FE level in January's Report was 2330ng ... After that my Haemo prescripted me Vit-C , the same dose of Desferal, i was on ...
then if you remember ( Especially Andy) i was having trouble as i suffered with Swollen feet condition and you and Moderators sugested me to start
IV Desferal as it was the sign/symptom Congestive Heart Failure (bcoze of Iron overloadat heart ) ... then i did 63 hours non-stop IV (for one time only)
4 vials a day and then back on Pump ... and then in start of February i had stomach ache and then in the end of February i had Malaria Fever and then
 break to chelation  from 25-Feb to 05-March during this 3-4 extra Transfussions and then back on chelation with pump with 4 vials of desferal a day (24hours)
till march 18th .... and then my S.Fe come's to 2060ng ....

after all that i visited my haemo and my haemo pprescripted me 4 vials ( i increased my dose from 3 to 4 vial according to my own plan (at the time, when my haemo prescripted me 3 vials a day ) ... and then she prescripted 4 vials a day i said to her " Ma'am i have tried this dose and its safe , if you wana increase then turn  me on 5 " she said it could be toxic so play safe  ....... bfore that i had tried 5 vials once  .. soo i turned on 5 and it was my decission and it was according to 60-65mg/kg dose ( as i weigh  41kg at that time .).. i transfused 2 times from 18-march to 6-april and during this time no chelation at home ,..   after visitng my haemo i restarted chelation and turned on to 5vials a day dose , and first i started another IV desferal session for 24/6 but only for once and with 5vials a day.... after that i came back on pump again and  4-6 days out of 12 days between 2 Transfussions chelation plan and  was on this till  22-april ( 2 days bfore S.Fe Tests).....

Note : i m on 4-6 days out of 12 days between 2 Transfussions results to get decreased iron on good rate , since 03-january ..... only difference is  IV Sessions and increased dose of desferal  ...

Great work, Umair! I'm so proud of you! You've proved that with great dedication and hard work, anyone can bring their ferritin down to normal range (for thals). You're such an inspiration for myself and other thals! I always look up to you when it comes to Iron Chelation and fighting the iron overlaod!
