I don't fully agree with whatever has been said by thewriter but the point is that when you  don't get what you ask for, you should not despair.Instead, look around, you may have been  rewarded in a different way

Allah give us what ever is right for us, sometimes we ask for the things which in our point of view is right but Allah knows that it isn't right for us that is why he doesn't give us that thing and give us something better than that

it is said that when in heaven Allah will give us rewards in exchange of the prayers which didn't get accept, the person would wish that his none of the prayers would have been answered in the world so that he could have enjoyed the bounties of heaven

may Allah give all of us long, healthy, happy, peaceful life and strength to fight! ameen!!!!!!

Well done! Your determination to totally comply with your chelation program is now showing the results that I knew it would. You will also find that if you stick to your program 100% that you will see your ferritin make even more dramatic drops in the upcoming months. Once it gets down from those previous dangerous levels, it is quite amazing how quickly you will see even more progress. One year from now I expect you will be telling us about a ferritin level of below 2000 and possibly even under 1000. You have seen the results reflected in your health and there is nothing I can say that will encourage you as much as knowing how much better your own health is as a result of your own hard work.

its all bcoze of encouragement of all of this site members especialy you and sajid ... i m still having desferal right now bcoze ii want to take it to normal levels .. and want make sure that reports was true coze i still didn't believe  ..  i do't know how i did it  .. surprised and amzed to that surprize ..... keep encourging as u did well .. bcoze ur encouragement mean alot for me .. thank you

i have another thing to about my blood test result..
on third page of results  i found two valeus which amazed me more...
i found increasment  in one and stability in other ....


in janaury 2008 i last done these test and the result was  ( writen below )

                                      result                   normal range
W.B.C                             27.0** x10E9/L       (4-10)
Neutrophils                      20 %                      (40-75)

and in july 2008 :

                                 result                          normal range
W.B.C                        13.1.0**   x10E9/L      ( 4-10)
Neutrophils                  27%                          (40-75)
Platelets                      539         x10E9/L       (150-400)


last time when i done platelets test in april 2007 result was : 545 x10E9/L ...

i did't understand is it good or ...

its good that i m not going to efected by neutropena which is a side of ferriprox ..
still far away to Low-platelet type of condition ... these are the good signs .
on the other end  W.B.C is lowering down .... pray that doctor keep conitnued my this

treatment .. bcoze it works alot   ... to lower down iron level ....

i m taking  Vit-D thrice a day , Vit-E  once a day , ferriprox thrice a day ,  zincat syrup and
aldectone ( spirolacton tablets B.P) half a day ...

i want to ask that , can i take Vit-C along with these medicine permanantly
if i Not then, can i take it (Vit-C) only when i start chelation ( with defseral ) ??

Yes, vit-c is better taken with desferal if your doctor hasn't recommended it for other treatment.

Taking unnecessary amounts will make the stored iron more mobile and risk settling in other organs such as heart.

It is safe to take small amounts of vitamin C daily, but when it isn't taken at the same time as chelation, take it between meals so that it doesn't aid in iron being absorbed in your gut. You can take 200-250 mg with your chelation but take a lower dose, 100 mg, when it doesn't coincide with chelation. Thals shouldn't take more than 250 mg daily.

Umair,

I see that your ferritin levels have come down drastically - congratulations.  I hope that they came down even further soon, please keep us posted.  It sounds like you are on a good plan, I think combination therapy is key when you are overloaded.

Thank you for the encouragement and wishing me the Luck ,...yes, combination therapy works alot ,i m still on it....i have given my blood symples  to done my LFT and S.Ferritin on this thursday .. i hope results will come again in my favour ... i will update you all ,to my reports ... i always need your prayers, your enouragements , your sugesstions ...  i also need your sugestions about medicines, tips and tricks about chelation therapy and other and therapies ....... plz keep me remember in your prayers...

Sorry for being too late to inform … I was
Her is my new reports … it could be more satisfactory, but .. bcoze of little  discontinuity of Ferriprox ( 1&half or 2 weeks ) its not that  much good as previous report was ..
as I was expecting, iron decreased but on a slow rate … I m happy to see my reports bocze it ( iron ) is coming down with less efforts than its seem’s to needed ( aggressive chelation for 6 months ) …. I hope, I will b writing here, that my iron is  is within the normal range, very soon … :winks …

My Last Level : date 11/july/08
