Desferal should be stored at below 25 C, so if your place has air conditioning, it doesn't need any special care. If your place is regularly warmer than that, you should store it in the refrigerator.

I’m on Ferriprox + Desferal combination I’m  taking 6000 mg Feriprox and 3 Grams of Desferal .
When I use only ferripox my urine is very dark orange color and I use with desferal then my urine color is light orange. I’m taking vitamin C 30 minutes befor desferal infusion pump .
Im start combination before 4 months butt before my urine color is dark orang and in now days my urine color is not dark with Desferal + Ferriprox .  so cane you tell me what happen .

As your ferritin drops, your urine color won't be so dark anymore and that is good. It is the first step towards iron reduction. Now as you chelate, the chelation drug will be more effective in your organs since it doesn't have so much blood iron to remove. Stay on your chelation program. You are making good progress.

i can exactly told u what happens with ur urine-color.
the color in urine when u take both chelators shows
only the color of the desferal chelation....
this is because the desferal has bigger molekules then the ferriprox....
thats happend to me too and i asked about it....
its because the desferal is dominate in size.....
u will see if u only take ferriprox alone....
the darkness will comes back.....
by the way... i am doing fine and my ferritin stays in the 600 ranges....
