Hi,

i was curious as to the pump, and googled it.

ayesha, it looks like this http://www.medis.it/t.asp

i'm also using it!! and i realise the battery's really really hard to remove? like i have to use a screwdriver to edge it out. LOL now that's the reason why i have a screwdriver in my 'pump' drawer, in case you're wondering  :rotfl

take care guys! cheers

All the credit goes to this site.

Actually you weren't going deep enough; which I used to do too. Then from a discussion that we had some time ago on this site; I learned that going deep solved my problem.

I just told you from my own experience, so hats off to everyone that was involved in that discussion :)

Hi
@ Ayesh  Lilian is right it is Infusa-T  of Medis Medical Infusion System . it is an italian pump . i bought it abt ten yrs ago ... when when butterfly & zainab infusion system wasn't  established  ... that was the reason to import pump to there ..... it is similart o zainab infusion pump in functionalty factor.... but not in price factor ;) ..... when i purchased it .. it wasn't expansive as today it is .... if u r in pkistan u can try and then buy  zainab infusion system to kashif iqbal trust .... i m sending u the adress of medis and kashif iqbal trust , i m planing to send u the URL of newspaper's website in which i read abt kashif iqbal trust n zianab infusion pump .....u can see the adresses in below (in the end of of the post)...

in the end i want to say that u r right Lilian it is realy hard toremove the battery .... but i have a solution of this prob set a  piece of cloth in the battery case b4 inserting battery in it ( make sure that the clothe will b enough out from  two opposite sides to hold easily after inserting the battery) .then insert the battery.when u want to remove the battery.... simply hold that piece of clothe form both end     end then pull up slowly.. slowly .... try this  ... it will work  .... surely ........ thank you all for joining the post .... if u have any question abt it  .. if i missed  something do tell me i will try my best to answer you .....  thank you

                                         UMAIR

well i found three adresses of kashif iqbal trust . but....
i dont know which one is the right one :

As for the battery; I have a Graseby pump which almost same the one above except for the shiny metallic blue color; and it too has a very tight battery compartment. What I do is that I use the base of the syringe plunger (which the actuator of the pump pushes) to wedge (use it as a lever) the battery out. This way I don't have to search for a screw driver and also risk damaging/misshaping the compartment as the screw driver is made of metal.

I don't know if this will work for infusa but it works perfectly for mine.
