plz come A step forward for Newbies

hope that all of u will fine ... i have an 
i just want to say that i feel that there should b a panel of senior members like to help the newbies who come to know abt thalassemia but unfortunately didn't understand from where to start .. and then goes bcoze didn't understand ... bfore bcoming the member of this site i had several visits of site.but got coonfused from where to start bcoze the site was looking like a library in where i did understand where should i have to start..... i think its a huge library abt Thalassemia ... i think this library need a librarian ...  i know we all are doing a great job in this direction too ... and we can carry it on togather ... but every library could b maintain apointing librarian ... i think senior members are the best choice for this responsibility  .... they r better than the best choice instead of anyone else .... they are the old member so they know that where is the related post is to give  it to demanding person ....  they could easily engage them and re-direct them to their desired post .......        WELLL I THINK  .........
 Andy, danielle, Manal , Zaini , Sharmin,Sajjid   u r member of this site since its started so u all know better where is the right post to direct towards ......  andy i think on the main page a notice HELP PANEL  will hellpfull for the newbies .............

The Admins are the "Librarians" who can answer the questions of the newcomers. However since this is a support forum; so anyone is welcomed to answer if they can.

I want to remind everyone that we do have a search engine at this site, so it is possible to find previous posts if you know how to search. Spelling is important both in posts and searches. If you need help finding older posts, ask us to help. There is a great body of information here if you know how to look for it.

yeah andy i know tthat but some people even dont know how and where to start .. they even dont know how to put  their question on the board .. for those people i think message would b send on their e-mail when they registered  so that they find their basic question and ogin name and password  without asking to anyone ... and start posting on their own ....     i have mistaken in this so i thought that i have to raise this issue or watever it is..... 

Sajjid i Want to say that  when anyone new member register their self on the site an autmatic reply has to  b send on their E-mail adress which contain   the  answers of these question  ...
some topics related to the " Getting Started "  sort of should b sent on the new member's  registered E-Mail adreess . so then new member prepare their self before starting . and know how  to use the site and find the topics of their interestd ...i think it is need ... after that offcourse we all are here to help each other ...
