Umair,

Your ALT went down quite a bit. The other levels are only marginally different from previously and the changes mean nothing. The ALT dropping is significant and I think it shows a good trend. Remember when using herbal remedies, that these are not drugs and do take time to have their effect. For example, Dr Marwaha found that it took a full year to see the real effect of wheatgrass, so patience is always needed when using natural remedies. All in all, you are on the right track.

yeah,  you mentioned this a little ago , and i remember this , but i think and i m gald to see that everything showing its effects very early than the other people .. like it has been a month of Nigella and honey and its second month of milk thistle and both Herbal remediies showing their efffects really quickly and i think its a good sign for me ...  Thanx alot buddy for mean-time reply  and encouragement ...

Umair,

I am glad to see your lab tests getting better.  I hope that you are going to be able to use exjade soon, based on your ALT level I think it would be okay - but I don't know how to advise you based on the rest of your history.

I wish you continued success.  Do you have a recent ferritin?

Best,

Sharmin

Sharmin Sis,
Thank you :) ..
Sure , i will now start IP6 , i was waiting for the results .. question is why i dont started that bfore ??.. actully i won't to be confused of results thats why at that time i decided to start those herbal meds one-by-one , first i was looking for live so i started nigella and milk thistle then i decided to try one first to be sure abt the results of these .. i took milk thistle for 1 month ( from feb-16 to march 17 ) and then done LFT , then i added nigella+honey (i kept taking milk thistle , never stopped that since feb-16) and took that for a month ( from march 20 to april-25 ) then tests .. and since then i m on nigela+honey & Milkthistle and these tests . i was waiting for the results now i know the current level so i will start IP6 and then will b keep checking for its effects too ..

Thanx alot for reminding me of that ..

Best Regards
Umair
