hummm .... i think NO ...
at least where i go to transfusion they dont accept the parent or close relative of the atient as  donor .... they dont take the blood to patient's close relative.... so i think  NO
Sometimes , God breaks our spirit to save our soul.
Sometimes , He breaks our heart to make us whole.
Sometimes , He sends us pain so we can be stronger.
Sometimes , He sends us failure so we can be humble.
Sometimes , He sends us illness so we can take better care of our selves.
Sometimes , He takes everything away from us so we can learn the value of everything we have.

The answer to this will vary from country to country. In the US, the requirement is that the hemoglobin level must be at or above 38. This would not allow many minors to donate. For the complete list of restrictions go to http://www.redcross.org/services/biomed/0,1082,0_557_,00.html  For the answer in your country, please contact the hospital where you would be donating.
