you are an inspiration for thal to keep manaed their diseas  .......
you are a ray of hope that thals can touch 55  if they want to do .....
you are a superb and stronge fighter against the thalassemia .....
WISH YOU A HAPPY ,HEALTHY, WEALTHY , LIFE FULL OF LIFE ....
MAY GOD BLESS YOU WITH A LONG AND HEALTHY LIFE .... HERE IS A BIRTHDAY CAKE FROM ME......  but.... dont forget to ask sajid to present cake .. bcoze he is a superb cake presenter ......

Kathy happy belated birthday...

Boy oh Boy..those cakes are so mouth watering that I feel like having a sweet myself now and there isnt anything sweet in the fridge...

They are soooooooooooooooo mmmmmmmmm I'd even eat the chocolate one...And I dont eat chocolate on a good day either...  :rotfl

Again many happy returns and may the next 55yrs of life be filled with joy, happiness and health most of all..
