Just wondering how Umair is doing and if anyone has heard from him

I am glad that you are doing well.  I have been seeing a chiropractor since my accident and it is really helpful.  He has shown me a lot of stretches and excercises that I can do on my own.

Yes, I am back from my vacation.  Getting ready to go to Oakland next month for lil A's one year follow up on the trial.

Something that needs to be mentioned about chiropractors is that thals do need to make the chiropractor aware that their bones may not be as strong as normal, so the chiropractor needs to take care when doing adjustments, as they do with older patients.

i hope you enjoyed your vacation , and best of luck for Lil-A's upcoming yearly check-up/folllow-up Trials ... i hope Results will b super fine as lil-A's progress were out-standing through-out the year and we witnessed his progress in sports, Fe levels and all that kind of stuffs and every thing ... Thanx Andy for mentioning this really important ting and rasing this point to avoid any kind of damage .. i will keep this all in my mind when-ever i will decide to go for Chiropracter option, but this fact made me scared of doing anything to my bones too ,  adjustment of bones sound's sumthing a lil bit u know    ... It is very safe in the hands of a competent chiropractor. They regularly adjust the elderly safely, so they do modify the techniques for the patient. I would suggest always getting a recommendation from someone you know, so you know in advance that the chiropractor is good.

  , it's sumthing  that make's feel beetter abt it , i will definitely find a super one chiropracter if i feel that i reallly need to see a chiropracter , that backache was temprory and after that day i never experienced that , and i think it has been a week when i had that ... so i think tat was a temprory pain bcoze of sumthing was on those days ( that could bcoze weakness or anything else that i experienced those days ) ....

woops.... forgot to tell i m going to hill area to spend a few days , i  m going tere tomorow and dont know when i will back to home ... but hope that i will b at home within monday (May b... not sure !! ) ... so enjoy as much u people can, u people have 3-4 days to enjoy , no more than that , only 3-4 days to not  see any post with mistake and any weird stuff .... enjoy ur self ...
