Just wondering how Umair is doing and if anyone has heard from him

This group is all about helping thals to live normal lives and we are all overjoyed when we see someone who has turned his life around the way you have. Your hard work has many rewards and being able to get on with life is the biggest one. I am even happier to know how much you have influenced your fellow thals in Pakistan. They need the support and the belief in themselves and you are helping them greatly. Changing the thinking is a big step and you have changed yours and are helping others to change the way they see their own lives and this is an important accomplishment.

wat i did is nothing infront of wat you people are doing ... so, i m trying too, to spread, to tell wat i got to know here... encouragement , guidence , support , awareness and hope  these r a few things of that long list that i got here ....

hi ya all,
it was my Tx day , or u can say the  worst/baddest ever Tx day .... i expereienced the ever lowest B.P (Blood pressure ) that was below 80/40 , yup n it was after taking a lil bit of salt n cold drink(just when i started taking ) , Back-ache and changes in the rythm of heart beat  and twice Hypoglycemia experiences , didn't check first one bcoze we was busy in handling of low BP , so not sure abt that ,   but 2nd one was 51mg/dl at 4;30pm ... so, it was a really horrible Tx day .. plz remember me in prayer :grins ..... feeling soo much tired :S ....

Next transfusion.  What was your pre tx hg?  Be sure to eat regularly

How are you feeling now?  I hope that all of the symptoms have settled.  Is your doctor going to follow up with you to make sure you are doing better now?  How are your sugar levels?

i slept for while after coming back home from thal center yesterday , from 5;30 pm to 9;45pm .. feeling much better, today ..

its nice to hear that Lil-A is doing a great job for his team and he is doing well . i m very glad to hear this .. hope that he will keep improving day-by-day , and one day he will b a superstar of Hockey and will b a succesful man , in the future ... hope that his Tx going/went well .. sending lots of greetings his way for his game winning  goal ....

Thanx for the prayers , i  m fine now ... my pre-tx Hg was 9.7 ... Diabetes is soo much troubling .. its like a roller coaster  ride , soo much ups n downs in a short time, last night when i woke-up it was nearly 10 o'clock , i checked my BSL , it was 366mg/dl , and then when i was preparing to sleep (its was 1;30 am ) i checked BSL again and it was 477mg/dl ... and today at 8;30am i felt something again , so i checked BSL again and it was 44mg/dl ... . wat can i do more ?? .. m feeling tired bcoze of it ,,, its something that seem impossible to me to controle ....  :S .... but, i m still trying my best to get ride over it .. hope that soon i will get it under controle...

no explaination, nobody of thal center's staff talked to me about that, they just shared a bit of info about my BP levels but no explainations ...   i haven't contacted my doctor yet , to whom  i consult regularly (the doctor of whom treatment plan i m following ) , my parents are saying me to visit doctor this friday.......

i m fine , ... no follow ups , infact the doctor of whom i m following treatment plan , her clinic is in another city , her clinic is in Lahore, n i live's in Faisalabad .. and i dont want to start anyone else's treamtent plan for anything ...so, that is the reason of no follow up investigations or anything else  .. ...

i refused to go n visit doc :S , i dont know why i did this .. my famiily went to lahore yesterday and my parents was saying me to go with, but i refused, n me n my younger bro stayed at home  ..  i m behaving like very moody now a days :S i dont know why  ....
