about one month ago I was have Iranian Desferal and it was not work, now I use the Switzerland Desferal and it's the best one .

How do you know it didn't work?

 the urine colare didn't change brcoze that I know that didn't work. coze my doctor say to me if urine colare didn't change that mean desferal didn't work.
and I didn't say all iranian desferal didn't work my desferal I was take it from hospital may be of the bad storing they didn't work may be from other cause, and I say that from my test.

I am sorry to differ but we have been using this desferal since years and we never found it not working.

Qiji, did the Iraninan desferal you used have packaging that appeared to be legitimate?

The desferal i am talking about,doesn't come in packaging,it's the desferal by Novartis,probably sold by Novartis in Iran,but smuggled across the border to Pakistan through some locals may be! i am not sure,but there is a huge difference in price,and since it's effective,so we don't have any complains.

Iranian Desferal , i think these r the desferal of Novartis, Iran. and its smugled from Iran, to Pakistan , these are cheap in price and available in the markets to a long time .. i heard abt these desferal desferal a long time ago ... i heard that these desferal doesn't work well bcoze these are smugled and dont handled with the care and dont followed the storage related instruction during the smugling thats why many desferal expired due to heat and other reasons and come's useless ....

it doesn't mean all iranian desferal (smugled ) are useless or all iranian desferal (smugled ) will work promisingly ... it mean's in some cases where they don't handleed desfearl with care or they don't follow's the instructions , that lot of desferal could expire before its expiry date ... it doesn't mean that every lot of iranian desferal will definately expire before the expir date ...... this rule completely apply's on local and legaly imported desferal as well ... if you will not handle legaly imported desferal or local desferal then those desferal will alos expire due to lack , of care and lack bcoze of not following the storage instructions & conditions. thats wat i want to say ..... i mentioned abt iranian desferal  , bcoze when somthing is being imported illegaly by hidding somewhere in truck and other transport where there are conditons r not suitable for desferal storage ( wat usualy happened )  , there is huge & more chances of affecting its quality and effectiveness than others ...
i hope i cleared my point of view and wat i realy want to say ....
