hello dear friends,
hope that all you will be fine with the blessings of god.
i made this topic for the height problems in thal major
bcs i also facing this problem
so want to discuss and share height related problem in this topic
well ! well ! my height is 147cms .

And you're 18 year?
I think that hormone therapy is the answer to your question, but I am not sure.

Jatinder a little bit of exercise will not hurt. Try Yoga exercises, it will also help you as your body will get more Oxygen. Swimming will also be good. Basically outdoor activities gives exercise to all the joints and body parts which is good for the body and will heed growth.
Are you taking multi vitamins properly.
