Hi Love and Prayer ,
Wheat grass in Urdu/HIndi is Gundum/Kanak ki ghans.
You can get it in departmental stores and dried powder too.
At home, you can grow it by sowing the seeds of wheat in earth and watering it rightly. The grass of upto palm length is considered to be safely used as medicinal herb. It is used to extract juice from leaves of grass and is used in cure of various diseases.
Wheatgrass is available in most of the departmental stores in the vegetable section. You can also buy the powder (dried) in the stores.

Sometimes , God breaks our spirit to save our soul.
Sometimes , He breaks our heart to make us whole.
Sometimes , He sends us pain so we can be stronger.
Sometimes , He sends us failure so we can be humble.
Sometimes , He sends us illness so we can take better care of our selves.
Sometimes , He takes everything away from us so we can learn the value of everything we have.
