But, Italy ..... what a lame team they turned out to be .... almost as lame as France.

 

I was just looking through the rankings after the 2nd matches, and Group E is completely open: Any two of the four - Italy, USA, Czech or Ghana could go through .... wow! Andy, you may still get to see the US in the second round!!!!

And, in Group F, Australia vs Croatia is the crunch match .... whoever wins, goes through ....

Amazingly, if the US beats Ghana and Italy wins, the US will make the next round. Of course, they may actually have to score at least one goal to do that.
