Treatment in South America (pref. Brazil)

Hello, Im Leyton, have thal. intermediate and enjoy to travel. Im traveling around south america next month and am having trouble finding a place for treatment. I believe there is a center in Sao Paulo (brazil). Can anybody help with any information.

A few years ago I had a chance to go to South-Amerca. My doctor at that time adivsed me to go to Argentinia or Brazil.
I do not have any further information, because I never went at the end
