@ Dore,
About the Awwwww.... Awwwww..... Awwwwww...... thats the exact same noise I made when i hurt my knee, it makes others want to hug me and tell me everything will be ok.. I dont know if the same as being covered in snow though - that was very funny !!! lol..
Wow, I'm done with my studies, and I do not know how i managed! I was always an ace student and did really well in extra curriculars too! But i always studied late night, since I can never get up early. The more alert and focussed we are, the faster we Grasp anything we try to learn!
Find the bed early - yes i agree. Stimulating your brains anytime before you try to sleep, will push the sleep (and the bed) even more further away!
A lot of times, I feel like a child who resists sleep, because she wants to play. :-) Then i want to read, work on my activites, tidy my room (yes, even at 2 am), it goes on and on. Now i try to follow a routine. I switch off my mind an hour before I want to hit bed. The trick is to bore the mind and body into falling asleep! :-)
Deep Breathing even a few times, cuts down anxiety and stress. And yes, try to smile before you sleep. Chances are u smile in your sleep too. :-)
I'm very poor with languages, I'm good at english though I doubt I articulate well. I would love to learn many languages, but it has always been a huge block.
Thank you for your stories. :-)
