what is your opinion about fast in ramadan ?

I haven't had any problems with fasting.
The only days without fasting, is when having transfusions.
Eat healthy, drink lots of water, and there should not be any problems

I want to remind everyone interested, that if you are taking insulin and/or thyroxine, you may not be able to fast, and alternative service is acceptable.
