Is it okay for my children if i gave them this vitamin ( 200 iu) 4x week, that is on monday, wendsy, friday, sunday as my childrn age is below 3yrs. the oldest- 2 yrs 5 mnths and his brother 1 yrs 6 months. please guide me on how to give them in a proper way with a right amount. thnks!
