i want to know daily vitamin chart for thal major(specific when i am 19 yrs) I KNOW SOME MAGNISIUM ,CALCIUM,VITAMIN D& ZINC bt i dont know their qty and when we should take (like before or after meals) & WHICH VITAMINS SHOULD TOGETHER PLSSS HELP.
PLS SOMEONE TELL THEIR QTY & if something is missing
