Dear Sir/ Madam,
I’m a Software Engineering undergraduate of University of Westminster – UK who is currently researching automating the Thalassemia carrier identification. The aim of this project is to develop and evaluate a system to automate the process of identifying Thalassemia carriers by the use of microscopic images of patient’s blood samples. In-order to achieve this goals I’ve put up an online survey to gather requirement and comments from the global community.
The questionnaire below is a short survey to gather the requirements for this approach, Please complete the survey as your feedback is invaluable to the construction of the Automated Thalassemia Carrier Identification System.

This survey is most likely for Doctor and staff treating Thalassemic people. I think most of the members here are NOT doctors but are patients, friends and family of thals.
