International Conference on an Update on the Management of Haematological Malignancies 2011 (ESH 2011), 25 - 27 March 2011, Cairo, Egypt
Following the success of the ESH conference with similar focus held in Tunisia in October 2010, the purpose of this meeting will be to provide an update on « gold standards » in the diagnostic procedures, evaluation of prognosis and treatment of all types of haematological malignancies. Therefore, procedures having shown their “robustness” and treatments having clearly demonstrated a benefit in outcome will be emphasized, rather than research procedures or treatments. This symposium should be of particular interest to specialists treating haematological malignancies, including younger physicians. It may also suit haematologists from less economically developed countries who want to introduce only widely validated procedures and treatments
