Do we risk of Gout? What about renal litiasis?

According to what I know this microcytic erithrocytes tend to be more fragile and are ruptured easly which means more uric acid must be in blood and more will pass in the kidneys....so this will mean that we can/already have gout or stones in kidney?

This is more common in thal intermedia and major and the hemolysis byproducts of bilirubin and uric acid do lead to gallstones and kidney stones, but not so common in thal minors. Minors with enlarged spleens would be more prone to these problems.
