Hi All

Will like to let you know about an alternative technique which compliments Alopethic Medicine. It is called Pranic healing, there is a lot of material available on the internet for everyone to read. So I am not posting a lenghty post. However if anyone has questions please feel free to ask.

It is an energy healing technique -  Pranic Healing. Has centers all over the world.

Regards

Hi Puja,

Nice to hear about Pranic healing here. I had tried Pranic healing on my kid almost a year back but there was no improvement. Actually while his routine haemoglobin test once the level was normal althought transfusion time was only 1 week away but when we checked the next week it was very low and when we questioned  the doctor he said last week was a wrong report.

Please give me more information on this as I do not mind trying it again as I do believe in it but I thought it might help in small  health problems but not like major health problems like Thal.

Thank You
Binita

I've had a holistic practice and used energy healing and crystal therapy and such on myself and clients with very positive results.

The issue with Thal, the way i see it, is that it's karmic, so any treatment is a short term fix.

Most impact has come from the relaxation effect - the body has more time and energy to focus on keeping up with the constant healing process than when the mind and body are busy running around like a headless chicken just to reach levels that non-thals do in a matter-of-fact sort of way. In other words, when I was spending my time seeing a couple of clients a day, cleansing my aura and meditating I was in way better shape than I am now when I work my gov't 9-5 job with chores and resting filling the rest of the time. (oh boy and we don't even have kids yet.)

Crystal wise ...

Red and breciated Jasper, hematite, generally red and black 'rocks' help Ground and improve energy levels, and bloodstone helps a bit with hemoglobin I find (some 10 mins of meditation with a palm size bloodstone - that's the dark green mineral with red speckles - morning and evening, or wearing it as jewelry constantly).

Citrine and yellow calcite help with bringing more empowerment,

Green rocks like aventurine or jade to stimulate growth and the healing process

rose quartz for emotional support which most of us thals need when facing our own expectations as well as other ppl's prejudice coming from lack of info most times,

amethyst to improve sleep, clear the mind and enables a better connection with your own intuitive abilities... Which results most often (for me) in making better choices with regards to nutrition and vitamin intake... Such as an increased otherwise unexplainable desire to have green tea or coffee after a meal which inhibits iron absorption - back when my iron levels were through the roof. Also an effect could be less susceptibility to getting sick. last time I stopped my regular regime I got flu-like sick 3 times in about 1 month. Not fun eh?

To explain it a bit for those of u who may be confused about why I'm talking crystals and minerals when the topic was pranic healing, think of crystals as having the ability of storing and exchanging very specific energy/ information determined by their atomic structure. More info on it online as well, that was just a quick description.

Another thing I thought could be worth mentioning is that in recent years placebo has become a few times more effective than it was before, according to pharmaceutical companies reports. Now I can't point the finger to a specific study or company, but I'm sure there are references online for those interested.

Which by no means is intended to say that placebo would work on thals cause symptoms are imagined, since the above mentioned studies were not specific to thals but rather a whole array of diagnoses.

It ultimately is an option that's available and believing In the above mentioned approaches or not is a very personal choice. I should also mention that what I said here does not constitute medical advice or replacement for your medicine of choice :)

That being said, I love it and miss practicing it on a regular basis.

Much love to you, let me know if u have any questions :)
