"Use of "Cadbury Bournvita" to enrich taste of milk"

Hello All,
                I have use "Cadbury Bournvita" to enrich milk's taste. I want to know that "Cadbury Bournvita" is good for thalassemia major patients because it contains 18mg/100gram iron and no doubt it also contains important nutrients like protein, vit 'A', 'C', 'B1', 'B3', 'B6', 'B12', zinc, manganese, calcium, carbohydrates and most important for thalassemia major patient that 'Folic Acid' etc. Can i use it for enrich my milk's taste or is it harm to take a extra iron via food suppliments for thalassemia major patients? Please give me a important feedbacks soon related to this matter.

The added iron makes this product not really suited for thal majors. Aside from the iron, I don't particularly agree with taking vitamin A supplements, as they are seldom needed and it is a fat soluble vitamin that builds up in the body.
