Mart, are you going to attend a thalassemia/blood disorders conference in Sofia, Bulgarije, at 19th-20th November?I am going and this will be my very first time in your country 
I have been to Romania, last year. Is it very different?

It would be great if I could attend this conference. The only obstacle would be my job - I travel on business pretty frequently, sometimes not planned in advance. If I can make it to the conference I'd be glad to meet you there!
I hope you're going to enjoy your stay in Bulgaria. I'm not sure if it could be compared to Romania - every country has it's own face, culture and people and even if we have a lot in common we also have a lot of differences.
