Hi Pratik,
We are not sure if his spleen or liver is enlarged. We have a bit of a process to go through here (we have seen a geneticist and a pediatric specialist, the pediatric specialist did not think our son's spleen was enlarged - however, our son is an enrolled member of a Native American tribe and we went through a tribal health clinic to get a referral so they will help us cover the bills for the genetic analysis, the tribal pediatrician felt our son's abdomen and wanted to do an ultrasound of his liver and spleen while we wait for our appointment with the pediatric hematologist).
We made it through the ultrasound, it wasn't a great experience by any means, but I played him videos on my cell phone of his big sister singing and that helped a lot. They ended up measuring and noting as many organs as they could for some reason, his kidneys, spleen, liver, pancreas, bile ducts, etc. The ultrasound tech was super nice and did a great job working with us even though he was crying most of the time - it didn't help that he had to wait so long to eat and drink!
I hope you are well, best wishes,
Sarah
