Folks,
I just returned from a trip to India and the highlight of my trip was being at an
Ayurvedic healing village called Vaidyagrama. I had been there for General Health but was amazed to see the wealth of information they have with the traditional Ayurvedic treatment they provide. It was a fun relaxing time at Vaidyagrama and I met patients coming from all parts of the world for getting the traditional Ayurvedic Treatment with their battles like Cancer, Immunity , Digestion issues. There were patients that had come there after trying all types of allopathic medicines. While talking with them, I found out they were happy with the results. The only drawback I saw was there needs to be Patience when taking the Ayurvedic treatment.
While talking about Thalassemia with the doctor's there, they did NOT make any claims that they have a cure for it but said there might be ways to improve general health for thalassemics. For those that are interested here are few links -
