cold blooded alpha thalasemia minor should i live in hot or cold climate

im  a  cold  blooded  alpha thalasemia minor  i  live  in  a  hot  climate in  tropics  of  australia in darwin  northern  territory    should  i  be  living  in  a  hot  climate  or  would  i be  better  in  a  cold  climate   bearing  in  mind  im  cold  blooded  feedback  required
