It is Indian generic and might not be available online.

From Hong Kong, I have iron overloading problem, my ferritin is always 500-600, my doctor give me exjade, its super expensive. Thats why i look around for cheaper solution. Is there any alternative can order online which is cheaper?

Do you mean 5000-6000 or 500-600? Because 500 is less and normal level.

Umm
first the Desirox is Indian Generic of Exjade (i.e. Deferasirox). There are two more generic for the same available in India. Defrijet 500 (By Sun Pharma) and Desifer (By NATCO).
I don't know whether it is available in Hong kong or not.

I don't know your status, thal major, minor, intermedia? but if your iron/ferritin is increases you should try to put a check on your food containing iron because when heamoglobin is low more iron will be absorbed by intestine from food.
