It is so great that these trials have finally started - I am praying for a great outcome.

I think the only question is if the chemo regimen is intense enough. I don't think there's any question about the gene therapy itself working. This group feels that we have to try with a low intensity regimen right from the start, and I agree. Why cause patients more harm with chemo than necessary? Since the vector for the first gene therapy trial in Europe came from Thalagen, and this vector is 10 times stronger than that one, I have confidence that it will work, as long as the chemo has done its job.
