Eggs - How much should we consume? And iron concerns.

I'm a veggy but just eat eggs (I love them and don't consider it non-veg as they are not fertilized  :biggrin).

I was just seeking how much protein an egg provides and I came across this:

It says it contains 1g of iron. Is it true? If so, how safe it is? I actually consume 2 eggs/day in Winters (I normally don't consume other than winter and in winter too, not regularly but now I plan to as I started weight training).

I believe that is a typo. One extra large egg contains about 1 mg of iron.

And even if it contains 1mg, I believe very small amount of iron gets absorbed from food.
