Pratik,

At anytime while you've been experiencing the pains, have you ever stopped all of your supplements?
Yes, I did very soon after the pain as you advised for 2 days but no relief was felt. But when I took IP6 after the break, the pain spiked again so I didn't took IP6 now since more than 2 weeks ago.

I've ordered Osteocare today as my stock is about to run out. I also ordered very cheap Chemist Direct's Magnesium (150mg, just perfect) as I get 800mg Calcium but only 300mg magnesium from Osteocare, so this additional 150mg would be bonus for me to balance it.

I also ordered Selenium at same price. I read that it's also a good antioxidant and helps to remove hazardous metals like mercury, iron, etc from our body. I can take it right?

Pratik,

I am concerned that you are trying to take more supplements than your body can handle. I am very cautious about the body building protein and other supplements. The amount of fillers ingested can become an issue and the protein supplements may contribute to kidney problems. My suggestion is to stop all the supplements that you are taking that are not directly related to treating thal for one month. There is some debate about the usefulness of the form of calcium in the Jarrow brand. I would suggest switching to something like Osteocare. See how you feel after a break.
Andy

All we are saying is give thals a chance.

Haha Andy,

The protein (Whey) and other supplements that I ordered from bodybuilding.com have still not arrived and are under process still as the Arginine is out of stock. I'm waiting for them since a month, lol.

And I did not took Jarrow's Boneup/Calcium neither ordered one and that's why I was asking for a review.

I only have took Osteocare for calcium since past 4-5 months, no other calcium source has been adopted. I know Jarrow's calcium had twisted reviews, hence why I thought to ask you first. :)

I won't be ordering it, thanks. I've already ordered Osteocare yesterday as my stock is about to run out.

So I'm not taking any "extra" supplements or any other supplements related to body building. They haven't arrived in first place. The problem that I've started on it's own or maybe IP6 caused it because I started IP6 on 26th November and the sudden pain started from 2nd December or so.

:agree with Andy.

Pratik,
you need extra chelation and not the extra supplements.
Start listening your body, it always gives signs

Just quoting so as to Andy can read.

Of course, and that is why I'm taking appointments every now and then to get the pain issue fixed and switch over to max chelation again like I used to do with Exjade.

But body building and health is also my goal now.
