Thank you, we have had first opinion from Dr. Sodani few months before and he gave us go signal for BMT.

Today was just normal day for Shaheera but not for me and my wife. We were called for by the Commandant to sign off the consent of BMT. We were briefed abut possible complications during and after BMT, these were in hundreds.

We were also briefed about classifications and as per Pre Transplant Assessment my daughter's rating is "Class 1" which was good news. Today evening my daughter was shifted from Isolation ward to Specialized Isolation Room. A copy of protocol will be provided by tomorrow and the day 0 will be 25th March.

Times like this might be the toughest ones, especially for parents.

But your daughter will be thanking her daddy for gifting her normal lifestyle after many years from now and you'll recognize how great decision you took for her and will smile remembering it!

Day (-10)

Thank you Pratik.

Today BMT conditioning agent busulfan, 4 mg per kg started for 4 days, Shaheera is doing well. I cannot go inside the room but my wife updating day to day activity.

Day (-09)

Shaheera is doing quite well, her health is fine. Due to use of "Busulphan" the anxiety may increase that's why she has been given "Clonazepam" and due to this she is bit sleepy. There are series of other medicines also given but the above mentioned most important

Overall its a normal day.

I spent whole day with my daughter and gave rest to my wife, Shaheera's appetite is low and she was missing her MOM. Rest everything under control.
