Abdulwahab Update

I just chatted with Khalifa and he let me know that his son, Abdulwahab, who is still recovering from his bone marrow transplant, is in the hospital with a viral infection. He went in with a temperature of 39 C but they have managed to get it down to normal now. Because of his severely low immune system after the BMT, any infection can be very dangerous. We ask that you keep Abdulwahab in your thoughts and prayers.

Abdulwahab is still in the hospital. The flu virus has lowered his immunities and as a result, the CMV virus has become active again. He is on 5 different medications and his temeprature has been up and down. This is very hard on the family and has made for a very toned down Eid. I think some words of comfort from the members of our group can mean a lot right now.

Khalifa, your boy is in our thoughts and prayers. Your friends are here for you.

I am so sorry to hear about your little ones condition.Rest assured that God is watching over him and your family, and he will pull through this! From what I know about your boy,he is a fighter, and will be as  good as new in no time! Please find comfort knowing we are praying and thinking of you!!!!:hug

   thank you all for your wishes and your pray i would like to say my son is ok now and am prebaring him to go to italy this teusday for follow up check as Dr. paola polchi reguest from me the Drs in kuwait told me he is abble top travel and they will descharge him monday ...
