Naturopath or Specialist for Thal.?

Hi All,
Hope everyone doing well. I am looking for a naturopath who can complement the treatment I receive from my hematologist. Has anyone tried any vitamins, wheat grass, etc. to help with increasing hb and energy levels?
Or if someone has a specialist who provides alternative treatments (preferably in the Greater Toronto Area but any other location is ok) please let me know.
Thanks in advance for reading this, and your assistance.

I take multi-vitamins along with individual Folic acid and Vitamin E on a daily basis. I also exercise 3-4 days a week. Mostly weights. Minimal cardio because I found anything over a couple miles will completly drain me. My Hb is usually around 8.9 to 9.1. I haven't found anything that can consistently keep it higher than that.
Once I was taking N.O Xplode on a regular basis for workout energy and my Hb was 10.1 at a Dr's appt, but it only happened once. Despite not being able to raise it, I do believe the exercise keeps me energized. I have no issues going the whole day.
If you find something that works please let me know. I was actually going to ask my Dr about oxygen therapy because I believe my oxygen saturation drops during sleep and causes me to be a very irregular sleeper. I know a lot of Thals have this issue with sleep.
GOOD LUCK!!!
Oh. You should post this in the FaceBook group also to increase responses.

Some will respond to wheatgrass with a higher Hb, but even if the Hb doesn't rise, wheatgrass has many positive properties, so it is recommended. B complex, folic acid and magnesium can also help with energy levels, as will vitamin D if deficient.

Because it's Facebook, they do get quite active at times.

Thank you Andy and Bobby!
Great suggestions about vitamin supplements. I need to add the magnesium and zinc to my daily intake.
I would like to exercise (several times a week) as I do not as of now. I am sure it would help even if minimal increase in energy. My challenge is that with work and kids, I barely have enough energy to make it through the day as it is.
How will I gain strength and stamina to begin an exercise regimen? I do like to walk, but winter is harsh where I live and it is best for me to get to the gym, if only I could somehow!
