When I will give it to my baby I mean in empty or full stomach?Water or fruit juice which form will better for mix ?

Dear all,

Now I am giving wheat grass tablet 500 mg daily to my daughter last 12 days. As she was a active girl and after taking wheat grass she is now more active from earlier.Now all time she is running and walking and not interested to get sleep.

How many days we have to observe to see that wheat grass increase the Hb level or not ....

It takes a long time to see the full effect. More than one year.
