So, in all honesty, up until this diagnosis, I had been living on Marie Callendars chicken fried steak. (Is there ANY nutritional value to that?) Since my diagnosis, I haven't implemented all the changes I want to make but I have been eating fruits and vegetables throughout the day and with every meal (not Marie Callendar). It's already made a HUGE difference in my daily life - I'm sleeping better, I feel better, and my fatigue is down significantly.
