I started taking a wheat grass powder from Amazing Grass in the morning to increase my blood production, and I feel like that part is working. However, I have a problem with digestion now, which is giving me loose stools. What should I do to help with this problem? I am thinking that maybe I need to take it with a meal or later in the day.
I've tried taking half a scoop, but I go back to feeling fatigued. (I have beta minor and pernicious anemia.) I really do need to take a full scoop of powder.
