Please Pray for Stan

I've been talking with Miaki and her husband Stan has been in and out of the hospital over the past few months with a very weak heart and recently has not been responding to treatment. He is retaining much fluid, which shows his heart is very weak. Unfortunately, this is common in thals as their hearts weaken over the years.

Stan is a tough guy who has battled back from serious heart problems for many years but this time it is the worst yet. He needs help beyond what the doctors can offer.

I am asking everyone to pray for Stan and Mia and their 12 year old son. Please help them make it through this ordeal.

This is indeed a sad news.

We all pray he gets well real soon and be back with his happy family.

I am so sad to know all this. :( but i am sure that Stan will be strong as he always was and will pass this too.  Miaki and Stan, you will be in my prayers all the time. My God help you. If there is anything we can do, please let us know. God bless you

Yes, Stan is also a thal well into his 40's. He has a will of iron that has kept him going for years.

I am so sorry to hear of Stan's heart complications - especially to you, Miaki.  I know how hard it is to see a loved one suffer.  Let us hope and pray that his "iron will" will get him thru this as well.  All our prayers and love are with you now, Miaki, Stan, and family.

Awesome.  I don't think it should be a deterrent, either.  I think it's great!  Who can understand a Major better than another Major?  :biggrin

This is sad news. However a brave and confident person can go through lot in life. Mia and Stan will be in my prayers.

I admire the couple being thals going through life watever happens to them, sharing good and bad times together.

 I salute u both Mia.

Hello to all,

I am now connected online via the hospital and at Stans bedside. Stan and I have logged on and seen all your beautiful messages and I (Stan) was taken back with all the messages that everybody has posted. Thank you SO MUCH!!

I'm currently doing ok, still in hospital and at times giving the doctors a hard time  :biggrin (when they don't listen)
I hope to see you ALL at the next TIF conference in 2008. You have been a huge support for my wife and I thank you for this.

I have faced many challenges in my life and this is just another, and one thing I never give in that easy. 
Miaki will give you an update over the next day or so.

Take care and speak with you all soon.
