Title: how do thalassemics handle anger and mood swings

i  have  huge  mood  swings  sometimes  and  can  very  frustrated  when  things  arent  going  my  way  and  im  not  very  good  at  handling  stressors  do  any  thalassemics  have  the  same  problem  and  how  do  cope  with  stress  and  mood  swings  need  feedback

Have you had your vitamin D level checked? Low D can cause mood swings and depression.

Just hug your parents when you are stressed.

Yes, happens with me. At those times, I remember my best moments of my life that I had, how cheerful I was and then I eventually feel better and apologize if I said anyone anything in anger (usually doesn't happen frequently).
