As breast milk is produced from the blood supply, are there any concerns about producing enough milk as a beta thal minor, or about what goes into that milk?

There shouldn't be a problem producing milk. The milk can only contain what you put in your own body, so iif you follow a nutritious diet, there are no concerns.

That's great to hear. Thanks, Andy!
Also, should I keep up my regiment of Vitamin E, Vitamin B-12, Folic Acid, and Ferrous Gluconate during breastfeeding?
