My baby's hb was found 7.7 dl so the doctor said she has to got transfusion unless her hb level reach 12dl.

For best growth and development, the Hb should be kept above 10. This helps to avoid many problems that can develop over time. It will take a few transfusions before the Hb reaches that level. It can't be done in one transfusion. The blood should only be red blood cells and should be tested for antibodies, so it does not cause a reaction in the child.
Look for a liquid folate supplement that can be given to a young child. This may help raise the platelets. Papaya can also help to raise platelets.
