Title: Osteocare.
Post by: Pratik on August 19, 2012, 06:47:29 PM
Hi,

I've ordered Osteocare tablets of a pack of 90 after I heard about it from Walid, as I also have osteoporosis and weak legs, from below:

http://www.chemistdirect.co.uk/osteocare-tablets_1_6688.html

They ship to India and the company is good and moreover there was no stock or either was syrup on local store here so I ordered from it. Should be arriving in no longer than 20 days or so.

It mainly contains 800 mg calcium, 300 mg magnesium, 400 IU Vit D, 10 mg zinc and some other little elements.

Now I want to ask about the dosage that would be good to me, just in case I don't mess up my body by taking over intake of these tablets as I read much calcium can also be dangerous.

The standard dosage that they advise is 2 tablets/day.

Can I get a guidance please, Andy or anyone? :)

The recommended dose is safe for you. The trace minerals contained are also necessary. It's a good product taken by many thals.

Thank you Andy for your speedy input!

Yes, I think and hope it can help me make my legs again stronger like before and increase bone mass/density as well. :)

Okay,

I've received the tablets today 2-3 hours ago. So it took around 9-10 days reaching to India from UK. I've took the first one.

Great,
How did you pay to them as it is in british pound?

I was just wondering to order Natural Vitamin E 400.

It will just deduct from your credit card in ponds (it will be automatically converted to INR).
