Hi all, Im wondering how many other thals out there also have diabetes, and what kind of treatment ppl are on.
I was diagnosed with diabetes 6 yrs ago. For treatment I started out with plain insulin, then added metformin for a bit. Doctors didnt know for sure what type of diabetes (1 or 2) I had and how to treat me best. Finally a good endocrinologist started me on lantus (long acting) together with Novolog (short acting) Insulins, and I have been able to manage my diabetes.
Anyone one else with similar issues, please share... Thanks
