Giving an answer to my own query, I found out that there is an association in the Philippines for Thalassemia patients and their family.
It is called the "Balikatang Thalassemia" whose website is accessible through the address below:

Hello!
I'm also looking for any organization/ association here in the Philippines about Thalassemia. I have Hemoglobin E/ Beta Thalassemia. For the Info just a day ago there was a forum about iron overload in one of the hospital in the city. I attended and meet also some patients. I wish to get connected with other patients who have the same condition also. I'm looking forward for any affirmative response.. God Bless everyone ang Keep safe!

Hi Cherry,
Please check the replies in the same thread before your post. Two Facebook groups are listed, along with info about thal associations and thal centers.

Hello Andy!
Thank you! I have found the facebook page. I can get connected with patients also here in the Phiippines and from other countries. I feel very blessed to know all of you guys. I've been searching for this page since before because I felt so helpless that I had such condition and my sister didn't make it either. She didn't went to hospital because she got traumatized after a bone marrow aspiration.
