how can i lose my weight

pleas  tell me how can i lose my weight  i start exercise butt with exercise become pain in my joints .

because i have osteoporosis
my weight is 58 kg and my  height is 147 im loking like pooh.  : .

pleas tell me diet or some think for my good exercise.
